The torture and pain we all feel at times
in our guts and hearts and minds is,
I believe,the cry of the universe to be understood in its true nature.
Beautiful, loving, joyous, singing, at peace.
Breathe and feel love,
feel love and breathe.
The material of the universe is good to take in – it feels nice and will moisten your soul,
Fill your heart…amen.
